The importance of regular water intake

Drinking water is an undervalued but extremely important habit for a healthy life.

We've put together 5 reasons to encourage you to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day on your return.

  1. Helps eliminate toxins
    In other words, it helps cleanse the body's vital organs. This improves the absorption of vitamins and minerals from food.

    Water contains potassium and magnesium, two minerals that prevent muscle cramps.

    Dark circles under the eyes are often attributed to tiredness, but in most cases there is a dilation of the blood vessels in the eyelid region, which favors skin pigmentation in the area. Increasing water intake increases local blood flow, reducing dark circles.
