The JORGEOCULISTA.PT website reserves the right to modify, at any time, the information and commercial offer presented regarding: products, prices, promotions, commercial conditions and services.
We make every effort to ensure that the information presented is free from typographical errors. However, whenever this occurs, we will correct it as soon as possible . If, by chance, the information presented does not correspond to the characteristics of the product, the Customer will be informed and will have the right to cancel their purchase.
Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
Despite our efforts, some products, within the 10,000 items in our catalogue, may be incorrectly priced, which is why we check prices whenever we process orders. If the price of the product is lower, we will refund the difference, if the price is higher, we will inform you by email and await the Customer's decision to accept or cancel the order.

The amount of payments is automatically debited from your card. The amount of the first payment is debited as soon as the order is shipped. The amount of the remaining two payments is debited from your card every 30 days after the date of the first payment. SHIPPING
We ship your order to any country in the world using DPD, CTT and DHL EXPRESS.

Shipping costs are free to Portugal.
All expenses relating to customs duties or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Orders are shipped as soon as stock is confirmed. Delivery time varies depending on the country of destination. Only after checking the items is it possible to know whether or not the order can be fulfilled. Normally, the order is fulfilled within 24h to 48h. However, our supply capacity is limited to the availability and quality of existing stock.
In case of stock outages, we will place the order directly with our supplier in Italy. Therefore, the customer will be informed of the consequent implications regarding the delivery time.

You will be able to follow the entire process from shipping to receiving your order so that nothing goes wrong during delivery.
In the event of a product breakage, JORGEOCULISTA.PT does not guarantee that its replacement will not imply an update in price, so we only process the order after confirmation with the customer.
